做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
