做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
